NHTX/JD servo energy- sayving injection molding machine is equipped with high performance servo motor controlling system, the machines output power can vary is accordance with the loading changes, which reduce energy consumption and nosie . The motor rotates st lower speed in holding pressure stage, and doesn't work in cooling time .It realizes a new revolution in the field of injection molding machine .
compared with the traditional hydraulic power control system, the repeatability of servo hydraulic machine system is much higher, and can be achivde by 3%, it can effectively ensure the stability of products and reduce the defective rate .
servo energy-saving injection molding machines: there is no extra energy consumption due to output volume changes according to load alteration . In the phase of holding pressure, servo motor roates at lower speed and consumes a little of energy.In the phase of cooling . motor does't work and consumes no energy. According to different products, servo energy - saving injection molding machines will save 20%-80% energy and bring you prominet economic benefit .
